We are a baby and children's boutique and love shopping for the cutest, affordable and on-trend clothing for your little ones. We source our collection from designers all over New Zealand. Some of our product will be shipped to you directly from our suppliers in New Zealand and some from our warehouse in Auckland.
We are fully obsessed with everything baby and will constantly be adding new items every day so we hope you stop by often to check them out. Yes we ship to your destination. We ship to anywhere in the world. Please be advised that all orders will be sent via International Post. This service including processing times can can take between 13-20 days depending on the destination. At the time of shipment we will notify you of the date you will receive your order. We will also update you periodically as your order moves through the system. We take full responsibility of your order and product until it reaches the destination - your home.
Unfortunately at this time we are unable to provide an international courier service as the cost is prohibitive but if you really need something urgently please contact us and we can let you know how much a courier service would be to your destination. Returns & Refunds
We appreciate your business and want you to be happy. We stand by the quality of our product but if you receive a damaged or faulty product please contact us on apotheosisboutique@gmail and attach a photo of the fault. We will then issue you with a Return Authorisation Number RA#. Once we have received the damaged or faulty item and have inspected it we will issue you with a refund.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that were confirmed delivered by our courier service. We suggest filing a missing package report with your local delivery company if this is the case. We are not responsible for address error made by customers when placing the order. If an order has been processed, we cannot change the address.
